CITY TAX:

Since the 1° October 2012, the city tax of Rimini is compulsory for all non residents in Rimini.

It is  € 2,50 per day per person for the first 7 consecutive days of stay. No city tax for children under 14 years.

EXTRA SERVICES AVAILABLE WITH SURCHARGE:
  • Private outdoor car parking (nr.10 places available) – next to the residence: 8,00 € per day.
  • Extra change of towels set: 6,00 € per person.
  • Extra change of sheets and pillowcases: 10,00 € per person.
  • Cradle supplement: € 5.00 per day.
  • Extra clearing: 30,00 € one room apartment, 40,00 € two rooms apartment.
  • Coin-operated washing machine : 5,00 € per wash.
  • Coin-operated dryers: 2,00 € per dry.
BEFORE LEAVING:

On the day of your departure you must return:

  • Clean and tidy apartment and kitchenette
  • Washed dishes and cookware
  • Rubbish thrown in the special containers placed in the back of the residence

If one of the three points is not respected, an extra cleaning cost of € 50.00 will be charged.

Check-in

Check-in from 16:00 on the day of arrival.

At check-in the following are requested:

  • Identity document for registration with the Public Security;
  • Balance of the reservation upon delivery of the entrance card to the apartment in a single solution with credit card, debit card and cash. Checks are not accepted;
  • € 200.00 in cash as a deposit for any damage.

Check-out

Check-out by 10:00 on the day of departure.
